 I met Meagan while inquiring over the phone about a property. We didn't have an agent, so she took down our info. I had told her that we were very hesitant about buying our first property. Meagan had the home I was selling "in the marketplace". It was advertised on-line, in the local /city papers, and in the Homes Magazine. She gave helpful suggestions to spark interest during the Open Houses too! Once it sold, she quickly helped me close on my new home. The buying process took 2 weeks between making the offer and moving in!! She is the BEST!

Not only has she surpassed all expectation of a realty agent in work ethics, but she has had incredible integrity and guidance in helping our decision making process. Because of that, I refused to work with the realtor that my department uses.
